- virághagymáink és évelőink SZEPTEMER 15-IG csak előreutalással rendelhetők, UTÁNVÉTELLEL EZT KÖVETŐEN LEHET RENDELNI, tekintettel az októbertől kezdődő szállítási időre

- kínálatunk készletét augusztus végéig folyamatosan bővítjük, ezt követően sajnos készletet pótolni már nem tudunk

- nagyobb tételben történő rendelést a készlet erejéig, illetve a termelőknél való rendelkezésre állás szerint tudunk fogadni

- a rendelések kiszállítása októbertől november végéig történik rendelési, illetve kifizetési sorrenben (a szeptember végéig beérkezett rendelések október végéig kiszállításra kerülnek) 

- a tervezett szállítási időtől 1-2 hét eltérés előfordulhat, amennyiben a termelőktől nem érkeznek meg ígért időben a virághagymák és évelők, ennek eshetőségéről e-mailben tájékoztatni fogjuk

- a termékek több termelőtől érkeznek (széles választékunk elengedhetetlen feltétele), így a beérkezésük is eltérő lehet

- korábbi tapasztalatok alapján sajnos előfordul, hogy a termelők később visszavonnak már általunk megrendelt termékeket, így ezek nem érkeznek (amennyiben ebben érintett, e-mailben értesíteni fogjuk)

- csomagja összekészítéséről és a szállításról e-mailben értesíten fogjuk

- during the pre-order period (from 1 July to 30 September) we can only accept orders by bank transfer, bank deposit or pink check payment, cash on delivery is expected from 1 October (start of delivery) only to Hungarian addresses

- we will continuously expand the stock of our offer until the end of July, after that we will unfortunately not be able to replace the stock

- we cannot handle the autumn flower bulbs in one order with the potted plants in the web store, if the order is received in this way we will open the order and a separate delivery fee will be charged

- We can only accept orders in larger batches until July 31st

- orders are scheduled to be delivered by the end of OCTOBER (in order) - orders placed by the end of July are expected to start by mid-October (October delivery time does not mean that all orders will be delivered in early October, some flower bulbs will only be delivered from the second half of October expected)

- 1-2 weeks may deviate from the planned delivery time, we will inform you by e-mail

- the products come from several producers (an essential condition of our wide selection), so their arrival may be different (amaryllis bulbs and whip lily rhizomes will definitely arrive to us only in the first half of October, so their delivery is expected only from the second half of October)
- for products with different delivery times, the entire order will be delivered at the last delivery time

- it is possible to combine several flower bulb orders, but in this case we can only process the order with the date of the last order or replenishment, so it slides backwards in the order of orders (in case of merging, the delivery fee has to be paid only once)

- based on past experience, unfortunately, producers may withdraw products later, so they will not arrive (we will notify you by e-mail if you are concerned)

- we will notify you about the preparation and delivery of your package by e-mail, you can be constantly informed about the process of our work on our Facebook page and on the homepage of the web store
